A system integrator partner program for teams that deploy and commission
The Aqueduct integration partner track is for system integrators, installers and MEP firms that deploy and commission sites. Partners survey sites, fit meters, sensors, gateways and controllers, connect BMS equipment over BACnet or Modbus and review verified results with the client. Milvian AI provides the platform, enablement, a demo environment and technical support, and does not install hardware itself.

You deploy and commission the site, Aqueduct turns it into verified results.
Survey, specify and install with the right hardware
- Wireless survey
Gateway placement is planned so every sensor has a reliable path to the cloud.
- Capability first
Devices are chosen by what they measure and their protocol, from brands we work with.
- Reuse first
Existing meters and BMS points are connected before anything new is fitted.

BMS and field equipment over BACnet and Modbus
- Field device controller
RTUs, AHUs, chillers and VAV boxes connect over BACnet or Modbus through one network controller.
- Control clusters
Equipment and nearby sensors are grouped to operate and be analyzed as one system.
- Safe control
Commands run only where enabled with owner approval, with lockouts and full history.

Hand over a site that shows its own results
- Floor plans and zones
Devices are placed on real floor plans and zones are created in the platform.
- Device health
Connection rate and battery levels confirm the site is reporting well at handover.
- Verified results
Baselines and meter-level verification give the client clear proof of what changed and what it was worth.

Integration projects, before and after Aqueduct
- Each project uses a different vendor's devices and cloud.
- BMS integration is custom work on every site.
- Handover ends with a stack of drawings and a login.
- Nobody can show the client what the project saved.
- The software vendor bids for the install work too.
The Aqueduct way- One device agnostic platform across every project.
- BACnet and Modbus connect through a field device controller.
- Handover includes device health, twins and baselines.
- Savings are verified at the meter against a baseline.
- Milvian AI builds the product and leaves installation to you.
Who the integration track is for
System integrators
Teams that connect BMS, BAS and field equipment and own the integration on handover.
Installers
Electrical, plumbing and controls contractors who fit and commission devices on site.
MEP firms
Engineers who specify metering, sensing and control points at design stage.
Commissioning agents
Specialists who verify that systems run as designed after handover.
What integration partners do on a site
Survey
Walk the site, list what is installed and find where it is blind, including a wireless survey for gateway placement.
Specify
Choose meters, sensors, gateways and control points from the hardware we work with, by capability and protocol.
Install and connect
Fit and commission devices, and connect equipment over BACnet or Modbus through a field device network controller.
Commission in Aqueduct
Place devices on floor plans, set zones and confirm device health and data quality.
Review results
Walk the client through baselines, findings and verified results, with fixes routed into their CMMS.
What integration partners get
Enablement
Training on device onboarding, floor plans, zones, control clusters and verification.
Demo environment
A demo tenant to practice commissioning and to show clients the result.
Co-selling
Joint planning on qualified opportunities where you lead delivery.
Technical support
Help with integration points, protocols, device decoders and control setup.

The people who wire the building are the people who make the outcome real.

Where teams put it to work

Connect what works and add only what is missing
Integrators bring legacy meters online by pulse, Modbus or camera, connect the BMS and fit new devices only where the site is blind.

Take over controls where the client wants to replace
Where the client replaces a BMS, integrators connect equipment through field device network controllers and commission control with owner approval.

Common questions
Integration partners survey sites, specify and install meters, sensors, gateways and controllers, connect BMS equipment over BACnet or Modbus, commission devices in Aqueduct and review verified results with the client.
No. Milvian AI builds the Aqueduct platform and does not install hardware or provide O&M staff. Installation and commissioning belong to partners.
LoRaWAN for wireless sensors, BACnet and Modbus for equipment and meters, and M-Bus or pulse for many utility meters. Aqueduct also supports MQTT over Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
Yes. Aqueduct connects to BMS and BAS equipment over BACnet or Modbus through a field device network controller. Clients can keep their BMS, replace it or build Aqueduct in.
Control runs only where it is enabled and the owner has approved it. Lockout warnings protect equipment and every command is recorded in command history.
Yes. MEP firms that specify metering, sensing and control points at design stage fit this track, so new buildings report into Aqueduct from day one.
Enablement on onboarding and commissioning, a demo environment, co-selling on qualified opportunities and technical support for protocols, decoders and control setup.
