Company

Milvian AI is building autonomous facilities and infrastructure.

Milvian AI is a product company that builds Aqueduct, facilities and infrastructure intelligence that acts, then verifies. Our vision is autonomous facilities and infrastructure: every building and network knows what is happening, acts on it, and optimizes itself.

We are building facilities and infrastructure that know, act and verify on their own.

The vision

Autonomous facilities and infrastructure, one verified step at a time

  • Knows what is happening

Every site, network and asset reports into one data layer with live digital twins of its systems.

  • Acts on it

Findings route to the owner's team, and where control is enabled, with owner approval, the platform adjusts.

  • Optimizes itself

Every verified result becomes the new baseline, so the next improvement is measured from there.

A product company

We build the platform, partners deliver the installation

  • Product, not services

Milvian AI builds Aqueduct and does not provide facility staff, O&M contracts or hardware installation.

  • Partners on site

Installation partners, integrators, MEP firms and facility services firms deliver Aqueduct to their clients.

  • Hardware is not core

We use IoT to sense and act, and we do not sell sensors as our core business.

12% below last week, driven by lower HVAC load on weekday afternoons. Two days had low meter coverage.

  • Hospitals

A hospital chain with 22 hospitals and 9 clinics is a client.

  • Savings customers see

Energy and water savings are verified at the meter against a weather-normalized baseline.

  • Real estate and dairy

A commercial real estate client runs a 20M+ sq ft portfolio on Aqueduct, and major dairy operations run on it too.

Old way vs the Aqueduct way

Facility software as it was, and what we build

The old way
  • Separate systems for water, energy, air and maintenance.
  • Dashboards show the problem, then the work stops.
  • Savings are estimated and never checked at the meter.
  • Platforms fit existing buildings or new builds, not both.
  • AI is the product pitch instead of the method.
The Aqueduct way
  • One platform for water, energy and air, with equal weight.
  • The platform acts, through your team or approved control.
  • Every saving is verified at the meter before it counts.
  • Three equal doors: keep, replace or build it in.
  • AI is the method, and the outcome is the product.

The vision

Every facility and every piece of infrastructure running itself. A building, a campus, a plant, an airport or a water network that knows what is happening inside it, acts when something drifts, and proves the result before it moves on.

Today most operators are a long way from that. Water, energy and air sit in separate systems. The BMS controls but does not verify. The meter measures but does not act. The CMMS tracks work but does not know whether the fix held. Teams fill the gaps by hand, and most waste is found on the bill a month later.

Aqueduct closes those gaps with one loop: Monitor, Measure, Identify, Act, Verify, and again. Each verified result becomes the new baseline. Run that loop often enough, across enough sites, and the facility starts to run itself. That is the path to autonomy, one verified step at a time.

Milvian AI is a product company

The company is Milvian AI. The product is Aqueduct. We build and run the platform. Partners deliver installation and facility services, and we do not compete with them for that work.

Aqueduct is AI-native. AI is the method, not the product. For every claim we name the problem, the action and the proof. Milvian AI is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program, and Aqueduct deploys on-prem AI on NVIDIA infrastructure for sites where data cannot leave.

What we believe

Every building and network should know what is happening and act on it.

How it works

The foundation: the flywheel

Every claim runs it. Act and Verify carry the weight.

01

Monitor

Connect meters, sensors, BMS and BAS points and equipment, existing or newly specified.

02

Measure

Baseline water, energy and air by site, zone and asset, normalized for weather.

03

Identify

Detect leaks, anomalies and faults, spot early signs of failure, and explain the cause in plain language.

04

Act

Route a ticket into your CMMS with a recommended fix. Adjust setpoints and schedules where control is enabled, with owner approval.

05

Verify

Confirm at the meter that the fix worked and the saving is real. The verified result becomes the new baseline.
